Examinations: Periodic and University/Council

Examinations are a crucial aspect of academic evaluation, ensuring consistent learning and adherence to institutional standards. Periodic assessments test students' progress, while university-level exams adhere to prescribed schedules. Regular attendance and active participation are essential, reflecting discipline and readiness for academic challenges:

  1. The Mahavidyalaya will conduct two periodic examinations annually for each class.
  2. Attendance in periodic examinations is mandatory for all students.
  3. University/Council examinations will be held as per the schedule announced by the university/council.
  4. Students must maintain 75% attendance in classes to be eligible for university examinations.
  5. If a student fails to attend classes regularly, the Mahavidyalaya will notify the parents immediately. In such cases, the student may face expulsion from the Mahavidyalaya.

परीक्षाएँ: सावधिक एवं विश्वविद्यालीय/परिषदीय

परीक्षाएँ शैक्षणिक मूल्यांकन का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा हैं, जो सतत् शिक्षा और संस्थागत मानकों के प्रति अनुशासन सुनिश्चित करती हैं। सावधिक परीक्षाएँ छात्रों की प्रगति को परखती हैं, जबकि विश्वविद्यालीय परीक्षाएँ निर्धारित समय-सारणी के अनुसार आयोजित की जाती हैं। नियमित उपस्थिति और सक्रिय भागीदारी अनुशासन और शैक्षणिक चुनौतियों के लिए तत्परता को दर्शाती हैं:

  • महाविद्यालय प्रत्येक कक्षा के लिए वर्ष में दो सावधिक परीक्षाएँ आयोजित करेगा।
  • सावधिक परीक्षाओं में छात्र/छात्राओं की उपस्थिति अनिवार्य होगी।
  • विश्वविद्यालीय/परिषदीय परीक्षाएँ विश्वविद्यालय या परिषद द्वारा घोषित समय और कार्यक्रम के अनुसार आयोजित की जाएँगी।
  • विश्वविद्यालय परीक्षाओं में शामिल होने के लिए कक्षाओं में 75% उपस्थिति अनिवार्य है।
  • यदि कोई छात्र नियमित रूप से वर्ग में उपस्थित नहीं रहता है तो तत्काल उसके अभिभावक को सूचना देकर कॉलेज से निष्कासित कर दिया जायेगा।
